OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We operate a strict 24 hrs Cancellation policy
- Any booking cancelled within less than 24 hrs of the appointed time will be charged at full treatment price.
- No shows or cancellations within 1 hour of the appointed time will be charged at full treatment price.
- Cancellations made when your therapist is at your door will be charged at full treatment price.
- The Client bears full responsibility to be ready and prepared for treatment when the therapist arrives.
