CANCELLATION POLICY
 We operate a strict 24 hrs Cancellation policy
Any booking cancelled within less than 24 hrs of the appointment will be charged at full treatment price.
No shows or same day cancellations that are within 1 hour of your appointment time will be charged at full treatment price.
Cancellations made when your therapist is at your door will be charged at full treatment price.
The Client bears full responsibility to make sure they are ready and prepared for treatment upon the therapist's arrival.
